★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a good used truck from 400 Chrysler. The experience was very good and fairly quick. They even got me a good interest rate.
Note: after the sale was completed, I tried calling back to them for help with an issue I had with the truck. They didn't even respond, after several attempts I finally gave up. Would NOT recommend.

Steve was great to deal with and by Monday afternoon we were driving our new truck home. Amazing and quick response and service.

This is very important to me since I am a caregiver. I don’t even have this make of vehicle but it’s very difficult to get in touch with the Honda dealership. Everyone I have dealt with here has been very pleasant and the service has been excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my red wrangler from Dunlop location and had nothing but issues, with both the people there and the jeep!! It was ALWAYS “driver error”.
The 400 location welcomed me with open arms and I haven’t but amazing things to say! They fixed EVERYTHING that was wrong with my jeep and I couldn’t be happier!
In fact, I encouraged my fiancé to purchase his black JK there and even the sales and financing team were incredible! Tanya ( the service Manager) has the biggest heart and truly loves her job, and you can tell by the way she treat you. She puts her customers first, even in her off time… and that say a lot about a manager !!
Although owned by the same person, the Dunlop location could learn a thing or two from the 400 team!

I had mentioned I’ve always wanted one but didn’t like how they drove in past years. We test drove one and we really loved the 2022 altitude. We already had two cars so not really needing a new one. I think overall we bought this wrangler because of the way we were treated. I’ve never walked into a dealership where I I wasn’t swarmed with sales. Taylor and the whole team at 400 chrysler made our buying experience effortless and pleasant. Thank you very much. We love our new wrangler!

It was easy, fast and even pointed out anything I missed and repaired that also! The body shop did great work as well from the Barrie Chrysler location! I had bad experiences with a few other dealerships in the area and this was by far my most pleasant experience!
