241 Pizza

Update: after being given a few orders thinking things were straightened out, I walk in today and the owner is there. He asks what kind of vehicle I have and I tell him it doesn't matter, he has to give me the ubereats order, I have been contracted by the customer to deliver it. He refuses, says it's HIS food, it is not, a customer has purchased it. I call ubereats support, and after they call him, they tell me he claimed that it was illegal to deliver pizzas by bicycle in my city. I deliver little Caesars, pizza pizza, score, papa johns, and many more pizza company's orders without issue. Also, the food is disgusting. I ordered a panzerotti and apple fritter thru ubereats, the panzerotti had unmelted cheese and fell apart, the apple fritter was freezer burnt and had a rock hard centre, I nibbled on maybe 20% of it that was edible I just had the most bizarre experience. I deliver with ubereats. I've been delivering on a bicycle since 2019. I've done tens maybe a hundred orders from here. I come here tonight on April 16th and I have no clue what happened. The rude gentleman who ignored me for over a minute finally told me that "the owner has told you to not accept orders from here" this is a conversation that NEVER took place. Maybe they had me confused with another deliverer? Either way, the guy said "the order is too big you can't do it" which is funny because this is a constant struggle for me and I always look at what's in the order, and this one was fine. One medium pizza, one small, and two sides. The guy pointed at the oven and said "it's too big you have those 5 pizzas there, and the two over there." I pulled out the app and showed the guy I only had 4 items, only two pizzas, and he just rolled his eyes and repeated that the order was too big. Whats going on? This is incredibly unprofessional. You shouldn't gaslight your hard working delivery drivers like this. UberEats will be dealing with this obviously.

This pizza was great, I was absolutly shocked at the quality and the price. I was expecting mediocre pizza and this was tasty. Also the owner of the shop was very pleasant with me, very personable.

The BBQ chicken pizza is always undercooked even if you request well-done on the order. They just squirt BBQ sauce all over the pizza and call it a day. They advertise that they're open until 3am, but when you try to order at 0245, they say they're closed. The pizza knots are fire though.

Have had 241 pizza from many locations in Ontario, and without a doubt, Kingston's branch was by far the best 241 pizza I have ever had hands down. Will be having it again and I would recommend it to my friends.

Been ordering from 241 since I was a kid. Great quality food, you get a lot for your money, friendly staff. Last night, the gentleman who gave my food gave 2 free drinks as my order took a little longer than planned. Will keep on coming back :)

BY FAR the worst pizza I've ever had, from Kingston. Also, absolutely the worst cauliflower crust I've ever had, anywhere. The pizza literally tasted like the box it arrived in. No flavor to the pizza sauce, either. The two containers of dipping sauce were just tossed in the pizza box, with the pizza so the pizza had two dipping sauce containers embedded into the toppings on the pizza. Delivery took over 50 minutes, from time of order in non-peek hours. There are several reviews on here from people stating if they could, they would give less than a 1 star review, if possible. I must say, I agree with that too. I do not recommend 241 pizza, Kingston.

Order from here often and it's been a great experience every time. Great vegan options including vegan cheese for meals. 241 is the only place I've been able to find in the city so far that I can order a pasta from. My only regret about 241 Pizza is not trying them sooner! Thank you my friends!! :)
