★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 16 burritos from the store manager for some of our hospital staff. The manager was extremely helpful and even arranged for a driver to deliver the food. Everyone loved the burritos (ground beef, pork, chicken and veg). Definitely a great option for catering! Highly suggest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How Quesada has changed over the course of 1 year.
I am a regular Taco Tuesday customer, whether it be the amherstview, west end Kingston or downtown location, I am a frequent customer. This last experience had deterred me from even collection points, as I will not be back to any location. Nothing drastic, just gradual disappointment building up over the course of the year. One year ago, I would typically order 3 tacos, soft drink, guac, extra cheese chips with salsa and taxes included, would total just shy of $15( on taco Tuesday). I understand things have gotten expensive everywhere so an increase in price was expected. However, tonight, I ordered 2 tacos(compared to my usual 3 and without guac), , extra cheese(which was less then 1/4 of what extra cheese was a year ago) chips and salsa and a soft drink for a total of $17. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and honestly I would have probably occasionally went back but when I politely expressed my disappointment with the skimpy cheese portions twice, the guy replied with telling me I actually received twice the cheese of what I had witnessed which just insulted and I will be taking my money elsewhere. For $17 I can get some really excellent meals from reputable Kingston restaurants and leave full and satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the employees here. Great vegan options with the beyond meat or roasted veggies. The vegan sauce is amazing and highly recommended. 3 different burrito sizes to choose from. Just waiting on a vegan cheese option Quesada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this Quesada every couple of weeks or so as a lunchtime treat, and the service is always great. The staff member is polite and efficient, which works great for me as I am trying to get back to work with time to eat. Thank you for always making a treat feel like one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill post it again since it seems they deleted my post. They stole $62 from us. Ordered family meal and all we received was the taco shells, tortillas bread and 2 cups of sauce. They deal with skipthedishes for delivery so they take no blame for mistakes, although skipthedishes did not refund us since they claim they didnt put the food in the bag. So here we are spending $62 and not having food in return. We will NEVER go to this restaurant again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! We eat here every week. However, wondering if the recipes have changed lately as it isn’t as flavourful as it used to be. The rice has no seasoning and is sometimes cold. Still good though, highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians.
