★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent me the wrong pair of jeans, completely different from the ones I ordered. When I messaged them, they claimed it was due to photos they sent to me arriving in the wrong order. Fair enough, glitches happen, but as the seller it should have been on them to review the messages before shipping. How could I possibly have known the photos arrived in the wrong order, only they would know that. I clearly stated I wanted the pair from from first photo they sent me. I then said I did not like the jeans they shipped to me, as they're not my style at all... to which they replied "LOL well everyone else who has this pair loves them". Wow. Horrible customer service and I am severely disappointed as I feel I've wasted money on an item I did not want and will never wear. I will never shop here again, not due to the mistake but due to the bad service and the fact they actually LOL'd me when I asked them to fix their error. I now wonder if they actually sent me this pair on purpose just to get rid of them, and are claiming it was a mistake.
