β β β β β Cute little Asian stationary and gift store. Lots of interesting gift items. They also have those popular Chinese surprise box dolls. Always fun to look around here and see what they have.

β β β β β Generally prices are a bit expensive BUT I splurged and got a $50 PENCIL SHARPENER and can't be any happier with it. My kid sharpens her pencils literally everyday since then, it is such a cool product.
Cute little gem full of mostly Japanese items - pens, notebooks, bags, and general decor for the "homework area" of a house.

β β β β β Been buying stuff from this store since they had opened, mostly because my daughter think their stuff are cute. Brought two cups on sale few weeks ago, when I opened up yesterday, noticed that the word happy is spelled as "happp" on both cups. It was clear that I just found the reason for the sale, checked the receipt, no mention of finally sale, the disclaimer mentioned about no refund but in-store credit, decided to keep one for fun. Went to the mall today in hope of trade in the defect cup for something else as this one was intended as a gift; Was told that the sale was final, no in-store credit is allowed, not withstanding what the receipt had stated, on top the rude attitude from the staff, they had the gall to tell me that I could still give this cup out as a gift... I guest I will just need find my daughter an other store for cute pen.
Note, their product might have a cute look but in my experiences they do not last very long.

β β β β β First time visiting this store and although the products are really cute, I wasnβt greeted at the door when I walked in. When I went up to the cash to pay for a birthday card, the lady working on the floor was on her phone and almost didnβt see me for a few minutes and once she saw me, it was if I was disrupting her time. No hello, or thank you. Just a quick transaction. Not the best customer service experience in my opinion and donβt really have a desire to return to this store after this.

β β β β β Hallelujah! I've been collecting Japanese pens and I found the ones that I've been looking for here. This location has some interesting stuff and the staff was courteous. I'd come back again. The only drawback is that it's pretty small and it feels somewhat claustrophobic when there are a few other customers inside.
