Jackie was concise, thorough, was able to answer any and all questions posed of her (going above and beyond just basic First Aid information) and had with her the appropriate tools of the trade and training equipment. Jackie was engaged and got people engaged in the course curriculum. The weekend was thoroughly thought out and executed well, making sure that each topic covered was efficiently portrayed and the scenes and scenarios we experienced for "hands on" practice were great trial runs of potential real life situations. I highly recommend this course to beginners or refreshers alike! Anyone can potentially save a life.

She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all covers all necessary material and then some (the some is the extra stories or technical information that helps to create an understanding and association). After 10 years of taking CPR every year, this is the first time that it did not feel boring, unnecessarily long and painful. She has a very thorough but yet efficient way of instructing and communication that makes it enjoyable even through this covid situation. Thank you Jackie. Will seek you out for next year.
