Last week I was going to buy some items for my printer, toner, drum etc. and I was told to wait for the Black Friday for free shipping. My order is already above CA$50 which means either way I am able to get free shipping but just test their customer service and approach, I wanted to wait until today which is Black Friday. I contacted customer service and asked for free shipping for $37.89 which I was told last week. However, the representative named Camilla told me "Free shipping is available for privileged customers only". Then, I asked so why you guys didn't tell me this and I had to wait for more than a week?. Camilla said "I'm not sure who advised you that". As far as I understand there is no standard and no communication between reps. $5-$10 shipping fee not a problem at all but I want to test and to know the company that I want to work with. I am not going to buy 1 item in a year. I need office supplies that cost over $7,000 but these little tricks give me key information about the companies. Then I build my financial relationship based on their customer service naturally. Long story short, don't make promises that you can't keep. Good luck, have fun.

There seems to be a big problem with the website, Shopper+ associated with 123ink.ca . Major identity theft. It took us 2 times to cancel credit card to realize what the culprit was. Unless other options are offered, we will no longer purchase from them.

UPDATE : contacted them and even with the video proof they maintain their position on the illegal restocking fees, a real joke. Worse return experience. Basically, they charge a restocking fee even if the item was non-functionning, documented with videos and pictures by claiming "well it was working in our warehouse L0L!!". I spent hours trying to fix that printer and I'm experienced in tech... Buy elsewhere so yo ucan get a proper refund when the items don't work properly, 123ink.ca will steal your money.

Never order anything from here. They took 2 week for delivery stuff. if you have time and patient then order. so many other website give same product in 2 days without any extra charge.

Been buying product from here for many years.. no problems until I asked them to honour the warranty on a printer drum. 21 emails later and they are blaming the printer.

Ordered toner cartridges as per the recommended type from the website. 3 months later when I needed to use the toner we discovered they were not the right size toner cartridges and they don’t work. As they were purchased over 3 months ago they will not exchange the cartridges. I have been a loyal customer for many years but no more. Good riddance to your company and your horrible customer relations.
