★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery is fast but consciousness is a bit lacking in my opinion. Then again I am not sure if the delivery guy didn’t put my package in my mailbox because I opened the door as he was taking a picture of proof of delivery but I am not sure either that he would not have left my package on my doorstep that is literally 1-2 inches from sidewalk. Someone could walk by grab the package and go unnoticed (my door is THAT close to the sidewalk). How much more effort does it take to put the delivery in the mailbox that is like 2 feet away?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 90 NEMA 5-20P to IEC C13 cables and they literally sent me 90 wrong wires. The worst part is that they sent me a mix of 2 different wires and both are not the ones I ordered. One was labeled as the one I ordered but is actually mislabeled. They put a sticker label over the original and sent it. I did not realize until 2 months because I did not need the actual wire until now and it was unnoticeable until close inspection. Because it took so long for me to notice they won't refund me or even exchange it. Just bad customer service and quality control. Relabeling over the original label makes it seem like they may have done this on purpose and hope that the customer does not realize since it was a larger order. Sketchy company.
