★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Zoomfone Inc for our company's phones and IT needs for many years. From our main switchboard to our Project Managers, they can provide phones that meet the needs of the individual. We are an emergency remediation company and our needs are quite complicated and often urgent. Our project managers share an on-call rotation. With Zoomfone we can change the rotation quickly and easily. It even allows the call to go through to a second manager of our choice, should the first fail to pick up. They have been taking care of our IT needs for years as well. We would need to hire an internal IT person if it weren't for Zoomfone. We recently upgraded our phones and our network with them. Their knowledge is unsurpassed and they are always ready to help. Highly recommend Zoomfone!
