★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead of time to have my tires changed over from summer to winter, I was told “not a problem, no appointment necessary “. I get there and this unprofessional kid tells me “the owners uncle’s car is in the bay, I’ll call you later”. I told him I was told I didn’t need an appointment. So then he starts looking for the keys to this car, can’t find them, then finds out the battery is dead. What an unprofessional, mismanaged place. I came here once for an oil change, but after today, no way. Worst place, don’t waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this place over any other places in Vancouver. This shop has an experienced associate that explains and recommend you the best oil for your car for best price. I went to many shops and prices were from 136 dollars to 300 dollars and trying to upsale. Here it costs me 105 after tax and best part I get to watch him filling up my oil and take pictures.

When I called about getting in same day, and mentioned groupon, they said they could get me in and that I did not have to purchase the groupon and that they would honour it when I arrived. They were knowledgeable, explained things well and were not pushy at all. I am happy I brought my Highlander to them for oil change, engine flush and also got taillight changed. I do not live in the area but will definitely stop again anytime I am in the are. Highly recommend this family owned and ran place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definetly the best place to get your oil changed. Treated me very well and the other people around me yesterday. There was this one younger teen and he was very nice and very helpful. He is so smart he knew exactly what he was doing. I want my children to be just like him.
