★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Nice to get a warm welcome from service mgr Joe and rep/tech Vaz (sp?) This was my 2nd visit so I was happy to see that young lad Chad was still there. He cleaned my car completely...after my grocery pickup ?. It's obvious how Derek (& Dorothy too) have successfully run this business for so many years as their service/quality/fair-price is second to none! 'Also was great to have human contactless-contact with 3 COOL customers: the "ship-tech" & his clever wife (better½? hehe) and the "VW seller"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to express my profound appreciation for the service I have received for decades with this company, especially this last Christmas eve, 2020. It was over and above any service I have ever had from any company. Two mechanics insisted on driving out during Christmas eve dinner hours to provide me a courtesy car when my car broke down, which had left me stranded. I was lost for words on how to say thank you.
This shop is probably one of the last and few businesses who honestly believe in superior service and quality. I will continue to bring my business to them for decades to come! Thank you Dereck, you and your guys are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service by Derek and the team at Napa Autopro on 72 Ave in Newton!! They are very friendly, professional and trustworthy.
Brought my car in for an oil change yesterday.
They alerted me to minor issues that needed attention on my car.
I was extremely happy they caught the nail in my tire, dirty transmission fluid and air filters.
The car was then washed and sanitized and ready to be picked up.
The cost was very reasonable. They saved me money!!

Most recently I had my Mercedes run into some problems but the team at Newton service were quick to repair and with reasonable prices. They will continue to see business from myself and my company.
