I bought an ML350 diesel from CR a couple months ago, very pleased with the purchase. Will bring the vehicle back for regular maintenance.

Great place. Knowledgeable people. Very fair price and they don't charge for small extra stuff that needed to be addressed when do the main job.

Professional and knowledgeable on the issues pertaining my repair. I would only bring my BMW to them and no one else.

Had a great experience there, great customer service experience and great prices. They definitely know diesels better than most other shops.

We bought a used car from this place back in 2020. We found the car on Craigslist, they advertised it as a fully inspected good to go car. They also advertised that they did an engine rebuild recently so it was good to go. After a week of owning the car we noticed a really bad leak and that the battery was constantly dying. The car was left with them for 3 weeks and nothing was done to it. After the 3rd week we grew irritated and asked for the car back. The mechanics added oil and that was it. A week goes by of leaking oil and a battery that can't hold its charge (fun times!) and we decide to spend the extra cash and take the car to a specialist. We had them do a full inspection. And let me tell you, when a mechanic tells you " this car is not street safe" it really leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. The mechanic revealed the following that Onyx failed to tell us: *upper oil pan leak *dead battery (obviously) *Control arms failing *Strut failing *spark plugs failing *turbos leaking *power steering hose failing *DME failed due to missing bolts because the engine rebuild was not done properly *Turn signals were shorting due to previous damage *differential failing *cracked wheel Think twice before buying from here. Reply: I have a screenshot of the legitimate ad that was posted by Onyx Automotive claiming that the engine rebuild was done at this shop. Would you like for me to post it? I would also like to mention, why would I have the shop work on my car when a simple oil leak could not be completed within a timely matter? The car was left there for 3 weeks and it was still not completed. Why would I also want this place to work on my car when they sold it to me with failing parts? I remember our conversation very clearly when I told the manager that my car was shaking at highway speeds and I needed it to be taken a look at... the manager responded with 'well don't drive highway speeds'. I can with certainty tell you that this is not a pHoNy aD, this is a consumer who purchased a car from this location who got effed around.

Went in to take a look at a vehicle that was marketed on facebook, sales person had an attitude problem and was extremely unprofessional. It seems that the management team and sales team are unable to communicate properly to make sure they’re able to have the same information across the board. Sales man also seemed to have an issue with us wanting to bring our own insurance person to take the car off the lot as well. If you’re trying to sell anything, it’s best not to be condescending and roll your eyes at a possible customer. The sales staff at the car lot next door were knowledgeable, respectful & kind. Update; The owner called me to see what the issue was and instead of apologizing for his sales mens behaviour he argued with me and then said I was angry cause I didn’t get the deal I wanted. You’re ruining your own reputation, not those who post reviews of their experience. I expected this to happen judging by how they’ve chosen to respond to bad reviews. I hope the owner is able to take my recommendation on perhaps taking an HR skills class on how to deal with conflict and customers because it seems to be the issue with most at the establishment. It all starts with management. **Just because vehicles are hard to come by doesn’t mean a person is going to trade their self respect for a set of wheels.

I bought a 2012 BMW 650i convertible April 2021 from Onyx...beautiful car! Turned out to have some electrical glitches though where the battery was always draining. The Onyx staff spent hours trying to diagnose problem at little cost to me. They solved the issue even when the BMW dealership could not. Any service will always be done through Onyx. CR is very knowledgeable and supportive in addressing any situation you might have. Highly recommended.

I bought a used BMW 318ti and did not know what to expect. Dave let me know just for even a look at it it’s $$$. All in all they were really clear and the mechanic Arnold that fixed my coolant leak, changed the oil, and put in a new thermostat did great work so far. Not the cheapest work in town, but quality work isn’t cheap, and cheap work isn’t quality.
