M	Marco Bejasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much carbs. Rice and potatoes. This took too much space in the container leaving a small place for the meat. Although the container is full, the meat portion is not too at par with other places that serve this kind of food. The taste was ok but you can get the same taste, bigger meat portions and cheaper price at other places. Staff was friendly.
R	Rva M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm posting this review on behalf of a friend who attended here today. This is a go to place and they have never had an issue here before. Today the wrap was overgrilled which caused the paper to be stuck to my wrap. I tried taking it off but it ruined the wrap. I told staff about it and they were quite rude and were like what do you want us to do about it. I asked them (politely) to make another one, but they refused and said they wouldn't. This is horrible customer service, all I wanted was a new wrap as the one they made was not made correctly. Edit: to the owner, so even if your staff mess up the food and it's brought to their attention immediately you still don't replace it? How is that right you could provide terrible food and take peoples money. Based on some other reviews looks like it's a common theme here to rip people off. If I could change my rating to 0 I would. I will definitely tell others to avoid this place. Second edit after the owner changed their response: calling my friend a "liar", if you're toasting pitas with wax paper and it's going to stick and ruin the food your employees should be aware and warn the customer or perhaps use different paper if this is an issue that can happen. Also half the pita was not eaten only a bite was taken out of it. So if a customer ate food and came back saying the food was raw after eating it would you have the same response? Sometimes a person may take a couple of bites before realizing there's an issue. It's not as though the whole pita was eaten and the issue brought up after the fact. The above the review is mainly due to customer service recieved. Again I'm writing this on behalf of a friend.

And still it arrived for my kid with hot sauce all over it. I called to complain and was told standard policy to put hot sauce on even if for kids meal. Doesn’t make sense to me. Most kids don’t eat Spice. Money wasted

Tried beef and chicken and loved the taste ! I think they should weigh the meat before serving it so that people always get consistent amount.

C	Color World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food. Asked family tray included Shawarma kebab and chicken pieces. 70% of the plate was potato, when you look at home, we thought chicken piece apparantly were potatoes. This is our First and last in this place. Very disappointed.
