★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s almost like any apartment near West newton Where the neighbourhood is kinda run down but I see junkies walking around sometimes and peaking through the backside of the apartment windows, heroin needles around the area ( sometimes on the outskirts of the building), & drug dealing... and also with the wood palettes installed in the 1st story of the buildings there are hidden roaches & rats that make their way inside my apartment A lot of graffiti too but that’s not much of an issue otherwise it’s a place I don’t want to stay for much longer just for the time being until I find a new place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been shootings in the area literally 2-3x just the past couple weeks. Apartments,cars, buildings getting broken into and the person who manages the place is so sluggish when it’s comes to its job. Def not a safe neighbourhood to walk in anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for over 25 years and I love it ?. Neighbours are friendly and it is close to everything. I walk to the Newton Athletic Park almost every day. Beautiful landscaping and strata takes care of everything. We allow rentals and any bad apples are sent packing right away- they aren't happy, but we are ?
