After five tries we called the office and they told us that it doesn't work for Android phones. Too bad, nothing they could do, except have us rent bikesa competitor who charges 20 dollars extra. We were extra disappointed because they could have warned us through the app. More we were stranded in Niagara at the lake with no transport... Not impressed! Update: The reply below is not accurate, they did not offer complementary pick up. I don't know whether it was their main store. At the time of writing, there was no message that Android did not work. I don't know why they are answering half a year later with so much inaccurate detail. Still not impressed.
