★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 2 days fighting with the TELUS store literally going in as soon at they opened their door because they kept telling me to come back to get my phone and then was finally told I would have to wait for up to another week to get my phone because they ordered the wrong one (at this point I did not have a phone at all because it was run over) finally gave up and went to Fossil and Morgan helped me within 20 minutes setting everything up and went the extra mile to help me get going that morning!! Excellent service and happy employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was originally on a bring it back program when Telus told me the day to bring it back was a month past the original date so I ended up having to pay $450 for my device instead of trading it in. I then had to purchase a new phone & use my device that I paid out as a trade in value of $450. It’s been 3 months & I haven’t received the refund for my trade in. I call my provider & they tell me to call the store, I call the store & they tell me to call my provider directly & vice versa. Eventually I wouldn’t take no for an answer from the store, & now they’re “rushing to get my credit refunded to my account” but the manager is either not there when I call & I never receive a call back, or I’m constantly told one more week, & now it’s been 3 months. Still to this day waiting for my $450 trade in value to be applied to my bill which I refuse to pay for their mistakes & miscommunications. Save the headache & go to a different Telus representative.
