★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cant get install date right paid someone to sit at my house waiting for a tech that never showed up for the 4 hour window to be exact no one showed all day.I will edit my review once they figure out the problem worst place to deal with take youre money elsewhere people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is terrible.If you live in Ontario and play games or go to certain sites it kicks you out and says they can't locate your location.I will be looking for a different company that my IP address stays in Ontario as it gets real annoying getting kick out of some of my sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet is always crashing or dropping to extreme slow speeds. When trying to cancel and connect to another company I am getting the runaround for transfer of service. Not happy with this company at all and cant wait to finally transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had internert with z-flix for almost 2 years now and we have never had any issues with it whatsoever. Before being with Z-Flix, our provider was having trouble giving us 60mbps and it would constantly crash. Now that we are with zflix, we get 120mbps and never have any lag issues or anything. We even recommend zflix to everyone we talk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has provided Excellent internet service and amazing tech support. I was so tired of being ripped off in terms of price and hidden fees and then waiting hours for tech support from the bigger telecom companies and Zflix has honestly been a breath of fresh air!! I would absolutely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the prices but the phone kept cutting out and I switched to primus. I sent the equipment back only to be told that they never got it and they keep charging me for services. But here is the full story I cancelled in February they don't take any payments out in February or March or let me know that they haven't received the equipment so I figure hey they got it all done right? Wrong! So then proceeded to charge me in April for the full bill and I called and they were like oh we never got it the equipment but once we do you will get the money back. And now they have charged for this month even though I don't have services with them anymore. So I have given them, wait sorry they have stolen in total 176.04 from me for services I'm not even using. So yeah I hope you guys feel great about taking money from a single mom in college. I'd really appreciate it if you all could give me money back as I returned your equipment but I'm not holding my breath and and will be seeking legal advice on this. Good thing I'm going to school to be a paralegal so most of my teachers are lawyers and paralegals so I can get some kinda advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zflix Internet company is amazing service provider with high speed and unlimited internet . They provide no contract and no credit check service and their only demand for customers is to ay bill on time. My time with has been amazing, their employees are helpful. Moreover, they have a policy for customers that the price at signup time will never change till the time we are with ZFLIX, which is very helpful as we know bell, rogers or other companies increase their prices. I am so happy with their services and would recommend everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They basically charged you to cancel, FYI YOU have to pay to send their own modem back to them..crazy. Most companies provide a prepaid slip for returns or have some arrangement with postage. After I cancelled two weeks before my next bill I was assured I won't be charged..they still charged me for the month of service. Signals were slow anyway ..
Run away as fast as you can..
