Personal training for basic lifestyle, meal planning, weight loss, athletes, bodybuilders and so much more. Strongly recommend at least checking it out and do your best to not be intimidated.

I googled and the 'bigger name' gyms popped up initially but I always try to support the smaller local businesses when possible. I came across Fitness Element through my search. Made a call and the staff was very friendly and courteous. They gave me a great daily rate. The gym was clean and well laid out. Lots of parking and lots of machines available. If I lived in Markham this would be my home gym for sure.
