★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful studio has been a sanctuary for my emotional and spiritual healing over the past year and a half.
Recently, I decided to try out their new Heart Opening Alchemy Crystal Soundbath w/ Breathwork class. This was by far the most transformative and healing journey I’ve had at the studio. Carri and Andrew do an amazing job at explaining the breathing technique as this becomes very helpful throughout the session to maximize the experience. Knowing how safe I feel at Zenden, has given me the confidence to continue coming back for more.
The love and care that Carri and Andrew bring forward in their studio is exceptional.
If you’re serious about meditation, healing and self- care/love, book a class and you won’t regret it.

It is truly a haven for healing and personal growth, and has quickly become one of the best parts of my weeks. The meditations and soundbaths are incredible, and run by such genuine people. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend enough! I heard of Zenden from a women in my building coincidentally shortly after I had began my healing journey. I didn’t really know what to expect and I am SO grateful I checked it out. Carrie and Andrew are both amazing. Their energy is on such a high vibration and they are amazing beings - being around them is very healing. I’ve tried numerous classes - and they have all be amazing. My favourite is probably the Chiron - Sound Healing class as it goes deep and is VERY healing as you release old traumas.
I recently did a Reiki and tarot reading with Carrie and wow was it powerful. I have a lot more clarity and know exactly what I need to do to get to where I want to be in my heart. She has a promo on right now for 40% off 3 sessions and I highly recommend. It’s SO worth it. <3 <3 <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Zen Den for a few years now and its completely changed my life. The staff are always super welcoming and really experienced at what they do.The classes are out of this world and nothing I have ever experienced before. I have had so many mystical experiences and even met a spirit guide for the first time in one of the sound bath classes. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome every time you come in and they make the space feel very safe to share your feelings. I was going through a really hard breakup when I first started going and dealing other personal things and Zen Den put me back together again. I am forever grateful for the amazing teachers at this beautiful sanctuary. Thank you for all that you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zen Den is spectacular with so many crystals bowls and loving energy. I felt a huge shift of positive emotions, it also helped with some aches and pains I had in my back and shoulders. What an amazing experience, after the session I felt completely uplifted and calm. Andrew made me feel at ease. Highly recommended Zen Den to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Zenden for yeaaaarrsss! I have always felt so welcomed there and every time I go it is a magical experience, not to mention THE VIEW?.
I have tried other places in Vancouver for spiritual healing, but Zenden is the best. Carrie and Andrew have done such a great job on creating a healing space that feels safe and accepting.
I have done a large portion of my spiritual learning and healing from this studio, from tarot, reiki master training, sound healing training.. I can't recommend it enough. Carrie is such a great teacher/mentor who is always on your side and has your best interest in mind.
Even during Covid times they have put the safety and health of their students and clients at the top priority by following restriction and guideline.
If you are looking for a new place where you can spiritually connect and learn more about yourself, than this is the place.
