Above all else, Jade cares deeply for her students and always finds a way improve their practice, wherever they might be working from. Yoga as a treatment for mental is a relatively new concept, and Head Above Water Yoga is pioneering in the field. I've personally have benefited enormously from my practice with Jade! Thank you
