★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing yoga about 2 times/week for almost 3 years here, and have taken classes with most of VCY's roster of instructors. Without fail, every instructor I've had has been nothing short of superlative. Clear, concise instructions, various options offered with each pose, so every class can be as easy or challenging as you want it to be. Every instructor also seems deeply knowledgable about what each pose or flow is designed to do, so you have a solid context for building your practice on. AND it's probably the best $ value in the city! I'd give it 6 stars if that were an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with Sunny for a few years, having set up private yoga classes for my last employer. Was fairly easy and accommodating to our specifications. Now that I'm working from home part-time, I'm able to do zoom hatha yoga classes and it's been a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden in the Royal Centre, the studio is a little oasis. The yoga teachers keep it the right speed and intensity to give a good workout while still leaving you able to go back to work. And really all levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to the studio for almost a year, and as a Yoga-newbie I found it very comfortable (read: non-intimidating). All the instructors are highly knowledgeable, well-spoken professionals. One of the things I love most about the classes is that all the instructors are consistent - they each have their own style/flair, but I never find myself seeking classes with one instructor over another. They are all lovely! Classes are as challenging as you like, with no pressure to overexert yourself. Excellent classes for anyone from beginner to advanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is first time trying out Yoga from Vancouver. Instructor was very kind and professional. Her voice was very gentle, soft and clear. Every move she showed to class so even though I was a beginner and the first time for this class it was very easy to follow the class.
I have 9classes left and I am very excited to try more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunny Trim is an amazing teacher. My first ever yoga class was with Sunny at Secrets San Jose del Cabo. My wife and I signed up to do an adventure yoga vacation with Vancouver Corperate Yoga and Sunny was AWESOME. I would really recommend a yoga vacation with Sunny and Vancouver Corperate Yoga. ? Everybody is welcome, everybody is treated with respect. Sunny is the best yogi in the world!
Coming to VCY has been a huge positive change in my life.

Lots of fun and such a welcoming approach. We look forward to visiting the studio when next in Vancouver. Looking forward to another yoga retreat!
