Compared from my experience from my previous lawyer, Melissa actually listened and from the start, she never promised me that either "I will win" or "It's my right" kind of approach. She listened to my case, and she educated me about the process and decisions that she and I will make, and how it will turn in the long run. What I really like about her is that she always gives me honest professional advise depending on what my decision will be. She never wanted any conflict, but she is always looking for solutions that would be best for myself and my ex-spouse. When we went through the negotiation, she was able to solve and create BALANCED agreements between us and other party, and I really feel that this was the agreement that gave me a sense of Justice for both of us. If you are looking for honest, and professional approach, Melissa is the person.
