★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pizza (subway style pick and choose what you want) with relatively low price, place is always crowded and ingredients are fresh. Only drawback is place is not very clean and at times the place is understaffed. Will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a build-your-own pizza, this is a very reasonably priced place. The crust was perfectly crispy, nice variety of ingredients, and baked to perfection right before your eyes. Overall a great experience, one star docked for cleanliness (just a bit messy/dirty).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about Za Za Bistro is it is one of the few pizza chains in the city that offers unlimited toppings for a standard price. This is a revolutionary concept in the pizza industry and I wish more pizza chains were like Za Za Bistro. I also like the idea of offering customers a choice of what toppings they would like on their pizza. If you cannot decide, they have signature pizzas you can choose from. Their prices are also reasonable. So why four stars. The only reason I give them four stars is they have only one standard crust size 11" that's all. I wish there were larger crust sizes like 16" or 18" that are offered with other pizza chains. I know they might have to increase the price by a dollar or two but that's OK. If Za Za Bistro went this route, I would give them 5 stars all day. Secondly, I find some of the toppings lacking in quality and taste. Thirdly, you have to wait 45 minutes to a hour to get your pizza, sometimes longer. I wish it was faster like Domino's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was acting childish / unprofessional. Restaurant looked like a disaster with no clean tables. Pizza undercooked / ash covered because of lack of cleaning in the fire oven. Complained to their customer service, was told I'd be contacted. No follow through by management, not a surprise. When Sage Creek Fast and fired opens I hope the Market realized that a superior build your own pizza is only 10 mins away from St Vital mall. Don't settle for this poorly run location's "pizza". Edit: the manager finally got back to me and gave me a free Pizza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like pizza, but I think I would crawl through broken class for Za. It's a flat rate price for unlimited toppings. There is also a kids' menu, as well as dessert pizzas.
The wait times can be horrendous at times (over an hour from the time the order is placed to the time you get it), however the staff will often tell you how long of a wait it will be, and you can always pop over to St Vital Center and do some shopping. Parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes, and it's not unusual to arrive at Za during peak times and see lineups out the door. But it is sooo worth it. There is also a gluten-free crust available.
