My partner and i waited just under an hour and once seen by the "nurse" Roxanne she was only giving dirty looks and making absurd inaccurate judgemental comments. I assumed a place like this for both teens and adults would be a judgemental free environment but instead was talked to about the practice of monogamy.. if you’re in the mood to get lectured and judged by a lady with no respect or professionalism for the clients and her Job then this is the place to be.

They have nurse practitioners onsite but my main reason for attending regularly over the past 6 months is for the mom & baby weekly breastfeeding support group. They will bring in lactation consultants and the regular nurse, Erica is fantastic. It's great to visit with other Moms who have babies under age one.
A	Anonymous F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here since I was 16 and have had no problems. I recently got tested for an sti, as a nurse told me to for my health safety. I wasn’t concerned as I’ve had no symptoms and only one partner, who’s been checked before. But I do remember the nurse only putting my initials on the cup which set up red flags. I got a call later that week saying I was positive for chlymidia. Getting this information made me stressed, as it would to anyone. When I went in that evening to take the pills to get rid of it the nurse told me this was her first day in this doctors office location, that she was very surprised that I haven’t had symptoms, since I haven’t slept with my boyfriend for 5 months. But she was quick to give me the pills to get rid of it instead of offering a re test. My boyfriend then got tested and got negative results which means that I was given false information and didn’t have it to begin with. Which also means there’s someone out there with positive results but was told they had negative. I’m very disappointed with how unorganized and how unprofessional this nurse handled my sample. The samples should be labeled in full, if not with just last name to avoid the confusion of samples. I take this matter VERY seriously.

Front desk rudely told me no without even asking.or seening. Mb healthcare at its finest. If your that young and alrwady care that little get a new job. Fn pathetic. .
E	Ellis Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first visit to Youville and wow, what a great experience. I got blood work done, a urine and swab sample, as well as birth control for low cost. I almost fainted after my blood work however, the front desk lady helped me by grabbing me a snack, water, and a fan ? All of the ladies there were very sweet, welcoming, and none-judgemental. I 100% recommend this place! ??

I had one appointment over the phone and the whole conversation was the girl telling me I needed to eat more like breakfast foods in the morning like take berries and just kept suggesting random food rather than asking anything about me. I had to pretty much force any type of information on what I could do to better myself and I got nothing in return. I wasn’t handed a set plan on what I should do to start changing my diet to make sure I’m getting the right foods, if any foods at that time. Seems like I was being pushed to the side and I could have gotten better information just googling it. I was supposed to have a follow up phone appointment a week later and she never phoned, no cancelation message nothing. I tried phoning to maybe reschedule she didn’t pick up and I was left with a message never returned.. awful experience!
