★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had undiagnosed mild PTSD. for 4 decades. sleep problems. and recurring depression. my therapist was trained in trauma and helped me to realize what happened in my brain! to be kind to me and
never belittled my pain!!!
the sessions were free as i could not afford anything and the secratary was always welcoming and nice.
i wish my older lady therapist could still be my aunty but i remember her love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a client of the agency many years ago. It was here that I first experienced what safety, hope,.and trust felt like. I also began to discover and work with memories of trauma. It was here where I learned to practice self reflection and self trust as well as self compassion. Most importantly however I learned that there is life after trauma. I am very grateful to the agency for the.help they.provided and I would definitely recommend them to any woman who finds herself in need of their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This reveiw is for the MRC which was operated by these guys but is shut down without any notice to clients. The workshops were good but don't trust them for one on one counseling they will make assurances and then screw you. I was left vulnerable and am more untrusting of mental health professionals now than before I went to the MRC
