P	Paul Beatty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly run clinic. Doctors always way behind schedule. Why they even take appointments is beyond me. Find someplace else to go unless you have hours to waste waiting in an overcrowded chaotic waiting room.

Dr. Lucas was very rude and unprofessional to a point where we had i to file a complaint to college because of his behaviour. I had never googled him before but after that incident I googled him and read similar experiences. I lashed out and left and was banned from the clinic people thought I was the bad guy but no one what had happened in the doctor’s room and he provoked me. Please do not go to this clinic or doctor if you care about your self respect

Monday morning while she was driving ( 5 minutes prior arrival/appointment) the staff called to cancel the appointment due to lack of vaccines (??!!) - Too much for an organized and reliable medical place ! ( the appointment was not rescheduled because the staff didn't have a clue abut availability)

I wait 45 mins on hold with them and I could barely get hello out before they hung up on me and so I have to wait over an hour the next time. Ended up driving there while on hold (Bluetooth). They were just gabbing about their weekend plans and still got hung up on right infront of me and caught them in the act... Love my doctor hate the front staff.

The doctors are wonderful-front-line staff are lazy, unfriendly and what the heck are they doing that they can never answer the phone. Every other clinic managed to get people who will answer the phone. We are told to leave a message and they will get back to us in 48! hours! And they have never called me back. This is not only a way to get rid of patients but bad for business! Not even one star for the front line staff at this clinic. And you have to give them one star or post will not go through.
C	Carry Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to go here for the covid test for surgery the next day. I scheduled a 5 pm appointment. When I arrived I was told to have a seat and they will call when they start. More people arrived and we were all seated in chairs that were spaced out. Then for some reason they put tape on the floor in a hallway and told everyone to line up. So the first person was at the beginning of the hallway and everyone else going to the end of the line had to walk pass those in front of them as they walk to the back of the hallway. The hallway was narrow and there was no spacing between people as they walked past each other. Then they begin to register people based on their spot in line, instead of their appointment slot. At one point a guy came in and was told to line up, he seen the line then complained and said he has a 6 pm appointment for a covid test and he is not standing in line. So they took him a head of everyone else that was standing in line. Not sure what the point of the appointments if they are not going to follow them and I felt it would of been safer to leave people seated in the chairs and call them up in the order of their appointment slot.

Refused to give me important test results over the phone when I had covid and could not come in after telling them in the past that I would need over the phone consults, they told me they would no longer do these types of consults either. My doctor moved to this location and was great before hand, but the support staff are lazy and wont even pick up the phone. While visiting last time I watched the nurses completely disregard the doctors orders, leaving a patient waiting in a room for 30 minutes. After finding out that I couldnt get my test results over the phone with this office I had another office fax a request for a week for my lab results and it's been over a week! This is another Dr.'s office requesting this information at this point and they haven't sent anything in more than 10 days... Lazy, arrogant, rude, and lying, your a Dr's office not a McDonald's, give proper service.
