★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years for balloons but the last two time I have been so disappointed with the balloon service! I order well in advance and pay extra money for the gel. The balloons didn’t even last 10 hours. This time they were so small and 2 were already deflated when I pulled the balloon bouquet out of the bag. It’s not cheap, they charge $1.25 for a plain balloon and $4.00 for a foil ballon. If you want a foil ballon go to dollar tree they last over a week and if you want a ballon bouquet just go to party packager there slightly more but they will last! I totally believe they scam you and say they put extra gel but they don’t. Half the balloons had gel residue in it and all the other half did not. That’s why you can’t order on the spot because they scam you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dollar store is so heartless. They raised the prices for HAND SANITIZER during a CRISIS. They more than doubled the prices for a $2 hand sanitizer. They know the public is going to need this product and they use it to their advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place offers helium as a service. Unfortunately, it's very poor quality as my balloons did not even last 24 hours and I paid $45 to pump 2 bunches of latex balloons. When I called to ask if they would repump them 2 different girls explained over and over again that you need to put a "gel" in each in order for the balloons to last 24 hrs. This would be an additional cost and again gives me no guarantee that they would last longer. Anyway, no one cared to help me and my issue was not resolved. Never going back there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not seen customer service like this they close the store 5 minutes before the time when we asked they let us do the shopping but a lady was keep shouting please get out in 3 minutes I cannot beleive worst store ever it's my first and last time shopping there.
