This was my 1st prenatal visits so far, I'm very satisfied with this location. Ramiz was great and professional. He made me feel very comfortable, he was just amazing, he was very skilled. He was very understanding.The front girls were professional and very welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit.

In my 2 visits so far, I'm pretty happy with this location. I was looking for a last minute massage and this place came through and I was on the table in under 4 hours. The front girls were professional and very welcoming, my RMT was skilled and pleasant and my facial was a nice and relaxing experience as well. I'm not a frequent spa goer, but so far I like it! Looking forward to my next visit.

In all the years I’ve been paying for “massages” I must say, my experience today at the Woodbridge location was amaaaazing. It was my first time there and Vio was my massage therapist. I booked the Deep Tissue Massage service and all I can say is WWWWWOOOOOWWW! I came with my usual tension knots in my shoulder and lower back that I’ve had off and on over the years and I thought the massages I’ve received were “good enough”. But today’s visit felt life changing. Vio is defined trained, skilled and his service was glorious. I felt knots that I didn’t even know I had and he was able to relieve them. I left there feeling loose like I had a new back. He also gave me very helpful advice with strategies managing stress so that it won’t tense my muscles. And the hot towel sevice afterwards was A+. The ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant and the vibe in there is very soothing, it was clean and well put together. I’m so so so glad that I took a chance at something new. I’m definitely going back next month and I’m booking Vio again! Great service!!

I do not reccomend this place at all. My husband and I came to this location a day before our engagement to get a facial only to have the worst experience in the world. I asked Maria if it was okay to go use the washroom and take my makeup off( I had a light amount on) she offered to do it herself. She asked me what I'm looking to do, I told her I am looking for a glowy and radiant result by the end of our session. At the end she left and when I looked in the mirror I was horrified to see the smudged mascara under my eyes, the fine lines and very dry and dull skin I also want to mention I am a 19 year old with very healthy skin who's really into skincare, my skin is always glowy and radiant when I use my own skincare products). I walked in expecting a very hydrating treatment, finished by a light serum and a moiturizer, but she only cleansed and exfoliated the c8rap out of my skin, excuse my language( she didn't even use a chemical one, but rather a harsh scrub that you'd normaly use on your body) On top of that, my husband filled a complaint and the manager gaslighted the situation. I'm better off doing my facial at home because it turns out 1 million times better than this "Facial Spa". We were so excited to have an amazing experience here before such a big event in our life, however you made sure to ruin our experience and waste our money!

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Hand & Stone on May 14, 2022. My wife and I booked two "Classic" facials which included treatment to treat skin conditions such as acne, skin congestion, lack of radiance, skin sensitivity, fine lines and loss of firmness. The "Classic" facial describes receiving "deep pore cleansing, exfoliation and extractions". Not only did my wife not receive any deep pore cleansing, exfoliation or extraction, her makeup was not removed completely following the treatment as she noticed that she had mascara still under her eyes. The overall experience left her face dull and dry and not hydrated as per what Hand & Stone's website claims. I communicated my concerns to Hand & Stone's management and received a reply from the Assistant Manager, Angelica Massaroni. She replied stating that "facial services are individually tailored to your specific skin needs after the aesthetician has completed the skin analysis". In my wife's case, the esthetician did no "skin analysis". Instead, her judgement was based on the fact my wife's skin is already clear and that her skin tone is quite fair. Moreover, the "Classic" facial should have lasted 60 mins as per Hand & Stone's website however my wife only received 30-40 mins of treatment. This review goes as a warning to anyone who is speculating on going to Hand & Stone (Hwy 27 in Vaughan) as they do not provide you with the full service of treatment that they claim you will receive on their website and that you pay for. When asked if we can receive a gift certificate to another location based on the poor experience, we were denied. They did offer us a complimentary service at the same location, however we felt uncomfortable going back. Despite advising Hand & Stone's Assistant Manager that we are not comfortable going back to the same location, they did not offer any other alternative but to comeback and receive service by another esthetician. Hand & Stone is not a BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited business.

This place need to develop their customer service. Very poor and rude service? i had appointment on Saturday for massage and i got my period in the morning and had lots of pain. I called them to re-book my appointment but they told me this is not a good reason to cancel. You have have emergency that’s why they told me if I cancel it they will charge me 50%. So I talked to their manager Lesli who was very rude and disrespectful. She told me if she find anyone for spot then they won’t charge 50%. How ever after dealing them they still charge $90 dollar to my credit card. My recommendation to everyone please do not give your credit card and do not sign up for membership which they force you to do it.
