Your Best Yoga currently offers adult yoga classes out of Winakwa Community Centre and Glenwood Community Centre. Sandra has also brought inclusive and accessible yoga classes into schools - both regular classrooms and specialized programs (Interdivisional Program for Students with Autism, Life Skills, St. Amant School), group homes & day programs for adults with various needs, and other community organizations & businesses.
After realizing how many people she could bring yoga to as a travelling yoga teacher, Sandra wanted to grow Your Best Yoga to serve even more people. Today we are working with other qualified Yoga teachers to ensure that when you want a class in your home, school, or business, someone will be available to come to you and create a yoga class based on your specific wants and needs.
