★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally most of the therapist are good, so far the best one which I experienced and do recommend in my social circle is Dana. She is really great therapist and always do focus to ease the pain. You will never feel she is just killing or wasting time. Very professional and expert on her job. Always feels great and relax after therapy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and don't even know how to use their own system.....DO NOT BOOK YOUR MASSAGE HERE......they will drive you crazy........they don't know how to use your insurance and makes mistakes in putting your information on their system.....super funny that I had helped the receptionist and my card worked just fine.....DON'T BOOK YOUR MASSAGE HERE!! Just a waiste!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went here for the first time on Saturday, i saw carrie for a deep tissue massage, the massage itself was good, although when i get a massage i want to be relaxed. I don't want to hear about my massage therapists issues with her friends. Safe to say i wasn't relaxed throughout my massage, she stepped out of my massage to answer another client in the middle of it. her phone rang a few times while i was getting my massage (which was connected to bluetooth) so it rang ultra loud throughout the room. and lastly i did not appreciate the swearing coming from her... i get she's an independent contractor through this place but this is not how you conduct a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in having difficulty walking after pulling my QL muscle. Pam did a great massage and really focused on the area. I could barely walk when I left, but by the next day I was almost back at 100%. Only downside is that there wasn't a tip option on the debit machine and I don't typically carry cash.

She checks in with how you’re doing at every appointment, never assumes you’ll need the same treatment as before, understands the needs of her clients change and adapts her massages to those needs. She’s also very personable and friendly!

The whole team is courteous, helpful and professional. Easy to book. I have my favourite therapist - Chantel Beck. Absolutely fabulous!
