j	joann D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt Snowball is one of the most patient teachers I have had the joy to have. He was very good at showing me things and he taught me defensive driving very well. He is very nice and good humoured as well as being very calm, all vital attributes in a driving instructor. He explains the rules well and makes sure that the students gets it. A really amazing experience.

S	Simon Ware on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the online LMS was terrible. My child spent 100 hrs... for a 30% completion. This was replaced by virtual classes (which we had to call to find out). In the virtual class, administrative processes didn't capture the attendance properly, or test results meaning multiple retakes were needed of a test. We actually don't know where we are in the process because there's no portl that shows current progress that's accurate. YD course material is useful, but hard to find the value when it requires so much extra work due to admin or system issues on the YD side.

G	Gillian Sheppard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live in Beaches-East York, you want Peter as your driving instructor. I put off learning to drive for a long time because I was too nervous and insecure. I’m so happy I had Peter. He was calm, patient, and encouraging with me. He taught me practical techniques and reference points to help me learn how to drive safely and execute my low speed maneuvers for Toronto driving situations. Today I passed my G2 road test on the first try in spite of me being a very nervous person and 8 months pregnant. Thank you YD and thank you Peter!

YD takes your money then you find out there are no instructors available for 5 months!!! They won’t pick up and there are no in class courses anymore, yet prices have increased $200 during the past 2 years. All they have figured out how to do is make more money! Seriously- not at all with the money or aggravation!!! Find another course!! I would give zero stars if I could!! Scheduler Jim is particularly condescending and unhelpful!
M	Marie L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since COVID, they have stopped attempting to deliver on purchased packages. Instructors cancel and no-show with no communication whatsoever. You will wait 3-5 months for your scheduled lesson and the instructor will not even show up. They refuse to issue a refund even though they are incapable of delivering a single lesson. I have not had one lesson since I purchased my package in March 2020, and my latest no-show was last week. Go to a small local instructor instead and save your money.
