We went back and traded in the old massage chair for a fancy one equipped with new features including L track and foot massaging rollers. Couldn't be happier with their products and services!

I am just really disappointed in my purchase when it broke immediately and I went back to the store and they offered me to choose a different chair (which was awesome of them to do) but really I just wanted the chair that I bought originally... The replacement one doesn't massage nearly as well as the original chair it doesn't go as high on my shoulders and doesn't feel as good on my feet and doesn't massage as hard.... I tried to choose a good replacement chair but really it just wasn't the same as the chair that I originally purchased... I'm sad that I have a massage chair that I hardly use now because it just doesn't feel that great...

I wasn’t really looking to purchase anything, but the salesperson was kind and patient enough to let me try some of their chairs. I was informed of the promotion of this particular chair and upon testing it, made my decision to buy my first ever massage chair. The promotion at the time was $3999, after tax and delivery it came out to be approximately $4650. I see that the deal is $4999 now, which is still a good deal for a $7000 chair.

I wanted to make sure I spent the thousand of bucks on the right product and decided to sit in the massage chairs to get a real feel. The staff was knowledgeable and showed us a couple of massage chairs with the features we asked for (and within our price range). We left the shop happy with our purchase. The massage chair is working great in our house!

Also important, is having the confidence that you will have after sales support. Happy I found a locally owned and operated massage chair dealer. At the main store on Hazelbridge, you will find a nice selection of chairs to choose from. Now I can enjoy a relaxing or therapeutic massage any time I want in the privacy of my home.

I even recommend this store to my friends, when they ask which one I bought, I saw the one is on sale on their flyer, much cheaper than I bought in the store, but the sales wouldn't mention to us at all, and try to sell it to us at her discount price which is higher. It is really bad feeling when I realize it, I was the fool. I would never recommend this store to any of my friends. They lie about the price, they lie about the product.

He picked out a few chairs for us to try, otherwise we wouldn't know how to pick from the 30 different massage chairs they have on the floor! We ended up with UK-7300, a beautiful addition to our living room.
