Central Square has been around for a long time. It's mostly a food plaza - HK cafe, tofu shop, bakery, all ya can eat sushi, and a few other places that keeps changing all the time. There's an eyewear shop as well. There's not enough parking to support to all the shops so either park on the street, come early, or park at a different mall and walk over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the biggest plaza...they do have a traditional HK style Cafe..a HK style desert house...hair salon..bubbletea place..Japanese restaurant..and a few more shops...but always busy...limited parking and limited wheel chair accessible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely limited parking space, strongly recommend public transit. Or risk get yourself parking ticket if you park at the nearby shopping malls.
Most of the shops in the mall are actually restaurants.
Also, lots of drivers and pedestrians in there are not following the traffic signs, be amazed they can surprise you from coming out of nowhere.
It is hard to exit the mall during the weekends as the traffic is getting worse during those time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking can be a nightmare here. Went to a clinic upstairs and that was fine. Food at the cafe downstairs was alright too and a little nostalgic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lido restaurant opens for 8 am breakfast. Selected the combo fish congee & soft rice noodle (Cheong fun). Coffee/milk tea was extra cost. My party ordered combo Noodle soup & steamed lobak cake. No regrets all tasted delicious. A not too heavy light breakfast.
