there was a case of broken telephone that judging by the other reviews was likely a one off situation in my case. Business immediately reached out to me after I left the review and was extremely responsive and professional. Unfortunately my rug required extensive repair and the company was transparent about my options without pushing additional cost.
I will say they obviously spent extensive time on my rug and did a fantastic job at getting out what they could without putting either of us in a difficult spot.
Honest transparent and dedicated, would use them again. 10/10
