★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used shoes repair service, it's terrible! I payed one price, came in a week, my shoes were not ready and they asked for extra money as my shoes "need some special heels". I refused to pay extra and asked to give me shoes and money back, they said it's not there at the moment so I have to wait 3 more days to pick them up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never in a million years recommend this place. They ruined a very expensive dress I dropped off for dry cleaning and then tried to blame it on me. Had a dress with beading on the neckline. When i picked it up it was all rusted and beads had fallen out. It was in pristine condition when I dropped it off as I had only worn it once. They would not compensate me and then had the nerve to still ask me to pay for the cleaning. Hell no. Do not bring anything here. I repeat: DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER.

They told me to come pick up my suit early because they are closing at 3 pm.
I showed up at 2:50 p.m. and the place was closed.
I called her right away and said where are you and she told me she went on delivery but she will be back in an hour.
An hour?! Whatever, so I waited an hour in the area and she called me to tell me she was ready for me to come pick it up. I went there to pick it up, and now I was in a rush, and she wasn't even there, even though she just called me to say she was ready! I had to wait another 25 minutes for someone to come and let me get my suit. No discounts, no remorse, no service. I will not be coming back here again
