Also, doesn't seem judgmental in the way I've seen other docs behave. Encourages the healthy choices without a lecture. Truly lucky to be a patient here.

The only complaint I have is the hours are not suitable for someone who works a 9 to 5 as those are the hours they have. The after hours are difficult to get in to and no weekends. During Covid we had phone appointments Dr. Kim Spent time to understand and guided us in the right direction.

Never took my concerns seriously and sent me home telling me your knee pain is all in your head never bothered sending me for x-ray or MRI. Shortly after switching doctors they found a torn meniscus and acl and I had to get a surgery to feel better. I will never forget how Dr Kim made fun of my accent. This woman is a joke she shouldn't be allowed to practice. Her negligence will cost your health on the long run.

She is very approachable, professional, attentive and thorough - really easy to talk to and trust. Dr. Lee can be challenging to book with sometimes since her time fills up (and it can be hard to get thru to reception), but during appointments, you dont feel rushed as she always makes time to address any questions and concerns.

Not sure if she is a good doctor but before getting to meet her, the receptionist ask you to sign off on uninsured fees and clinic rules which indicate that she can be late but you can't (not even 10 mins). What happened to putting patient care first? I understand that these rules are in place for a reason but it is tacky to require your patient to adhere to rules before even meeting them. The doctor should put patient care and customer service ahead of the business issues. She took the Hippocratic Oath to care for patients and that should be her first priority.

Her staff are friendly, supportive and efficient. We have not regretted signing up with her practice at Yorktown Family Medicine some 7 or 8 years ago. When she had to be on leave, her locums also offered good health care as well. The clinic is clean and comfortable.
