Had a great experience shoppkng for a car today. All of the staff were so friendly and pricessional. They provided me with great cistomer service and i would strongly recommend shopping for car from this dealership go anyone.

I went to Yorkdale Fine Cars not knowing what to expect, as I have had bad experiences with used car dealerships in the past. To my pleasant surprise, this was unlike any of my previous experiences. While I was browsing around, Armin Shiraz assisted me in finding the right car. Having given him the criteria I was looking for, he quickly managed the find the perfect SUV for me. After taking the car for a test drive, I knew he had found me the right one. Armin then took care of helping buyout the lease of my previous vehicle and get me great financing for my new one. All in the all, the whole experience was very enjoyable and I was able to get a car that I truly enjoy driving at a great price. I highly recommend Yorkdale Fine Cars to anyone looking to buy a used luxury vehicle in great shape at a great value.

I had a great experience at YORKDALE FINE CARS Dealer. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price. Dealer was very good and the sale took place very quick. Ask for Emad Hassan, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service!!! I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased my Mini about 2 years ago from this dealer and had a mixed experience. On the plus side the car still runs excellent, good shape and worth the money. But some cons. When I took the car to my mechanic he said the car should not have been certified as is. Unfortunately I live 3 hours drive from the dealer and was not feasible to return for them to fix. Main issue was a bad wheel bearing (I thought it was just tire noise). Also battery died within 6 months and found the battery was not the right one for this car, or any car. It was a motorcycle battery. These things should have been caught during inspection and certification, but were missed by a sloppy mechanic.

I had worst experience with Yorkdale fine cars. I bought a car with them and the car gave engine light within 20 days of my purchase. I went back to them to fix it, they said they can do temporary fix ( basically erased the symbol via system boot). I got it back again within days and they said it was not covered in safety warranty of 36 days. We came to realize that customer does not have to pay for the car safety inspection fee but we were charged $595 plus tax. We were also charged finance fee of $649 plus tax which was the worst as its very high and they did not give us any loan papers. In addition, when we asked them they said that the fee was something bank charged, which turned out to be a lie. They told us we should receive our loan document sent directly from the bank but its been 11 mths we still have not received our loan documents. Reaching the bank directly has not helped either because we do not have account number and other details that the bank requires. We agreed on a 5 year term for our auto loan but they had fixed it for 6 years instead without informing us. When we brought it over to their financial manager he assured us that we would be able to change the term period easily by reaching out to the bank. After the exuberant financial fee they had lied to us and we were stuck with a 6 year term period. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. There were a lot of hidden cost with the transaction and their service was dismal. The car was not ready when we went for pickup on the day they had informed it will be ready and no one informed us about it either. This was one of the many things we disliked about their terrible customer service. I would definitely never purchase anything there again. If possible I would give them a 0 rating.
