Why I gave it a 1 star? 1. Got stuck in an elevator 2. Property management service... Horrible 3. The noise on the balcony

Elevators and AC are not working-most of the time. They always change some parts but never do something permanent!!! Only 3 people allowed in the gym at the same time for an hour which makes it impossible to book for.

David Michaelides is one of the worst unexperienced condo manager I have ever encountered. We are renters at one of there buildings and brought in experienced professionals to get the proper answers that David was trying to throw at us! We are having so much humidity problems that it has damaged our floor and caused so much mold it has become a health risk to me and my wife! Instead of looking for a proper solution which would be a ventilation to allow proper air flow threw out each condo! He has taken it on his behalf to blame us!!! I recommend they hire someone with experience not someone that says air flow is supposed to come from underneath a door!!! Take pictures of anything to save dollars when our next door neighbors don’t even have a gap under there door. Then he tried to blame a closet that hasn’t even been there for more then 3 days for humidity blockage to vents as this has been a problem since December. I truly feel sickened by the lack of experience David has, to be hired in such a role as a company development manager!
