Waited 8 months for parking still no reply. Management team doesn’t care about residents and are NOT WILLING to help. Only thing they can do is giving tickets to residents without notice. And they go above and beyond to trouble their residents. Worst management ever!!!

Remington charged full year land tax at final closing but didnt pay the tax. I get the land tax and have paid up while trying to get a refund from Remington without success. Does any other York Condo owners encounter same problem? #RemingtonConstruction #yorkCondo #downtownMarkham

I used to love this condo... until the obnoxious amount of unplanned fire alarms (triggered by never an actual fire thankfully, but sewer pipe bursting? unknown reasons that are are rarely resolved?), incompetent security guards who have no idea what's going on...ever, good amount of available parking spaces but no actual availability (I've never lived in a condo in Markham where the solution is implementing a stupid program where you have to pay each night a fee for this stupid 'convenience fee' parking), and management that over communicates but under delivers.

Usually parking fee around the area is approximately 100-200. Yet, people who are willing to rent out their parking spaces are rising it to 300 and above. Cuz no one wants to spend 100k to buy an extra parking spot just to rent out. So whoever is renting, they are renting out their own solo parking space. which means they don’t have car. So if u r renting a parking space, you are pretty much covering their monthly Uber fee.

Had the elevator drop on us while going up. Attached the second picture of the inspection. TSSA (technician standards and safety authority) says expires on July 24th, 2021. Let's see how the building management will react to this.

Management was actually really helpful while I had multiple inquiries. They are very thorough and follow procedures to the letter and have paperwork to back everything they do, which makes me feel more secure with their processes. The e-mails were very detailed and helpful with further instructions and procedures if required, and they were also helpful and patient in person as well. I had no problem with parking, so I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about? Maybe those reviews are old.

I would give 0 star if I could. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM PURCHASING UNITS IN THIS BUILDING NOR RENTING. The worst management team ever. I have never come across such incompetent management. Usually you can find parking spot for rent from other residents but this condo doesn't even have a board to find parking spots. Inquired management 4 months ago but there's over 60 people waiting. There's so many vacant parking spots that are not being used but management doesn't even try to communicate with other residents to see if they want to rent out their spots. Literally their response was "you are on your own". I've never had this problem living in other condo buildings and it is beyond frustrating. Now I received over 5 tickets and they even towed my car. I'll be getting out of here ASAP. Your unwillingness to work with and for the residents is terrible and you should learn to do your job properly.
