The workmanship is very poor, there are cracks everywhere, even I can do better job than them. SHAME ON YOU WYVIEWGROUP.

S	Shao Gu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exterior & interior decor of the lobby is nice, securities are nice so far. As a new tenant don’t really understand why the signal of my phone is just so bad LOL. My boss could barely called me successfully when I work from home during pandemic. Overall is nice, my windows are really good at noice resistance.

It’s never possible to rent a parking spot in this building! Even you would like to pay $250/month, you still cannot rent a parking spot! Because there is no spot available. According to the management office, they can not provide any help to resolve the parking issue or do anything to help the tenants, because the tenants are not their responsibility!!! But they do have the responsibility to tow your car if you park at a visitor parking spot more than 7 night/month or 45 nights/year! Feel free to move into this building if you don’t have any expectation from the management office!
