★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on the website as a current Tenant recommending the building to a Friend and shocked to see that people aren't happy. Let's face reality, all large shared residences are bound to face challenges, it's the recovery that is what should be looked at. For the most part, the Building runs like a well oiled machine due to the knowledgeable and hard working Management Team. Teuta in particular has helped me on numerous occasions over my 7 years in the Building. She ensures I feel heard, understood and is honest in addressing the outcome of my requests & timelines. She always does all she can to make me feel like an appreciated Tenant and not just a number. I appreciate all she does, along with her work ethic and reliability in somehow always making herself available to the Tenants in such a busy complex. Thank you Teuta!

The management talks to you like you’re a 4 year old, the elevators barely ever work.. even after years of “renovations”. Cockroaches? Absolutely!
Moving out in April was the best decision this year thus far.
Absolutely ridiculous, disgusting building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I joined later in time my family in this building, I want to thank Mrs. Teuta Stoja from the management office that helped my wife with the renting process and made the tenancy of my family very smooth till my arrival. Very good location. Many problems with elevators, during peak hours and on the week end. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living in this building since I moved to Toronto. It's very convenient, since there is everything you need in the neighborhood. Nadjane from the rental office has been very helpful with the rental process. Great opportunity to rent in Toronto, specially if you don't have a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in this building for almost 3 years and I must thank Mrs Teuta Stoja that has made my tenancy here very smooth and the moving I made 1 year ago from one apartment to another within the same building very easy, despite many issues I faced after. She is a very dedicated professional and the timing that she responds to the problems with a solution is very fast. This community is very lucky to have her in the management office.
In addition a very good location and very friendly for children. all the amenities and grocery stores and entertainment are pretty close to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capreit at Duplex Avenue is a small heaven. Natural light, ventilation is superb. Management staff is flawless and down to earth. Even during Pandemic, maintenance and repairs were/are taken care of, within 24 hours, unless any part is to be ordered. Periodical overall internal/external repairs/maintenance/inspections are promptly carried out; within time frame. All my neighbors are also very nice....like a family. Moreover, based on my experience, it is a very safe place without any disturbance.
