★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had several sessions with Shani, where she combined yoga and movement with guided imagery. It was a strengthening and empowering experience. Shani has the amazing ability to bring out emotions in a safe, accepting, and positive way. At the end of each session my body felt better and I felt more calm and positive. Thank you Shani, looking forward to many more sessions!

She takes a personal approach to her teaching and suggested personal modifications to accommodate my injury. The atmosphere she creates is relaxing and motivating. I would definitely recommend yogaway to anyone who is looking to experience yoga.
