We are beginners, who attended our first session and are new to the yoga loft community. The attendees and instructors encouraged and made us feel totally at home. We are in our mid to late 50’s and would highly recommend Yoga Loft to all!!

The instructors are very helpful and non-judgmental. Overall this studio is much more calm and personal than others I've been to that have multiple classes going at once. I highly recommend Yoga Loft to anyone, whether you're just starting Yoga or have lot of experience - they have a great variety of classes :)

I’m at teacher at the studio and have taught at most of the hot yoga studios in the area and can honestly say this is THE BEST studio in the area for teachers and students. Jen has put together a team of the most experience teachers, all passionate and dedicated to offering a variety of yoga styles. Jens passion to serve her community with a safe but fun and loving space has come alive and is the first thing you will experience when you step into Yoga Loft Vaughan try a class —you won’t be disappointed!!

The owner, Jen, is an outstanding person and tremendous instructor! She has also formed a team of instructors with various perspectives and methods, which allows every week to be an adventure in the studio. I look forward to my class every day and continuously want to go back. Even throughout the pandemic, Jen and her team did everything they possibly could to keep the community together and help us all physically and spiritually. My life is significantly better because of this studio! Thank you Jen (and team) for all you do!

In the past week, I have attended Michael, Ashleigh, Elena, Jenifer and Jen’s classes. All I can tell is they were all great. I am not sure if this is just a phase in my life but when I wake up in the morning I am excited and can not wait to go for my practice. A few years back whenever I called yoga loft either it was closed or limited hours that did not work with my schedule. I am so glad that I checked it again, from what I heard the studio has a new owner and that explains all these changes. I will update my review in a month with my progress. Btw, they clean the room after each class.

Elena was my first teacher with the beginners class and through her amazing teaching I was immediately hooked. Taking class with Jen c and Jen (owner) also showed me different styles and challenges, they are a group of phenomenal experts and there is so much everyone can learn even if you are like me, a complete beginner. The class size is perfect, the online system works very well and you can feel the passion and love of the craft in every inch of the space. I would give more stars if possible.
