She went the extra mile to consult with me prior to doing my full head and making sure I’d be satisfied with results via a strand test. Looking forward to coming back as the salon has a lovely energy and great customer service.

She’s professional and super friendly and she makes me feel beautiful. The owner Lucy is awesome. She’s always going around cleaning or checking on her customers to make sure they are happy and being taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service was somewhat okay. However I did not get what I asked for and was being charged for different price then I was told when I walked in. I personally think they need more training in blow drying. I doubt I’ll go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got sick and tired of getting my hair cut at places that didn't take appointments, made you wait, got a random quality cut from a random person.
Then I found the Barber Shop within Raelle Salon.
I've been going for cuts for about a year now and I couldn't be happier. The manager is very friendly and always makes sure you are happy with your service. I've had cuts from all the guys but I'm most pleased with Dominico.
He really knows his stuff and gives me the best cut I've had in my 53 years of getting cuts!
Try them out, you will be satisfied.

From the pre-wedding trials, to the 'day-of' the team had our bridal party in and out ON TIME, and looking fabulous. The hair styles were beautiful, the makeup was perfect, and it all looked great ALL DAY LONG! Thank you Lucy, Bettina, and the entire team for a wonderful experience and a perfect start to a very special day.
We will definitely be returning again and again. Would highly recommend!
