Tom was sure I got exactly what I was looking for with my nails and provided great conversation throughout my time there. I will definitely be returning!

I felt like a number, she never looked at me, she behaved, as she is doing me a favor, no talking, not asking, warning me if I want a regular nail polish, not shellac I have to stay 30 min before I go ( that was the only conversation) , with attitude, that is not acceptable! The cru there is oriented to all artificial ways to make nails, and definitely not happy with people using normal nail polish! I guess is more time and people should stay longer! I felt unwanted and Definitely never going back.

I was there for three hours and it took two people to try to fix them. All I asked for was a regular square shape. The guy at the front only charged me for my pedicure but that definitely isn’t compensation enough as I had explained I was traveling the following day and was made late for my Good Friday dinner invitation. I shouldn’t have been charged at all and should have been invited back for a new set of nails.

My technician barely spoke to me and I could tell that she was annoyed that I was getting a nail removal instead of a refill. Their colour selection is very limited... I wanted OPI "put it in neutral" or "baby take a vow" and I was told they didn't have any - pretty common and popular colours so it's a shame to not have these polishes available. I do not like how my nails look but I still have the technician a tip. When I was cashing out I was not even told "thank you" or greeted goodbye. The technician started cashing me out and then the owner took over and was on the phone and barely acknowledged me. I wasn't asked how my service was or if I was happy with my nails. I live very close by and it's unfortunate that I've had bad experiences coming here the two times that I've been and I will not come back mainly because of the horrible customer service.

Gentle on your nails and attention to detail is incredible (and I'm picky). Affordable and reliable, they honor appointments unlike a lot of places that make you wait or overbook themselves. Jasmine tea while you get pampered is a nice touch :-)
