So long as you invest and give them your money they help you but when you need the bank to help fix a situation sorry your on your own! I do not feel like a valued Customer. I will be pulling all my business and taking it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teller Vicky had no idea about the process of redeeming damaged money through the bank of Canada. I almost threw out the 100 dollar bill I found in the city. Good thing for Google who was much better informed about the policy than Vicky was.

This bank along with many businesses tht operate in the Sault rely on doing business with the wealthy who have stripped the city sold it to outsiders. Hey yncu?How many customers have out of town addresses?

I got the vibe that the company cares about their employees and customers, which is something I actively seek out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I both have own businesses. Husband has been with this bank since the early 90's. Sadly we were given the run around when we went in to get a cottage mortgage (4 months of waiting) she didn't care for our business so we went elsewhere (RBC) where we had our cottage in a week!!!
Slowly moving everything over....
Note: Tellers have been amazing!!
