β β β β β Arrived 5 minutes before closing In hopes to grab a refreshment, however we were greeted with poor attitude and refused to make a drink that we originally requested. Offered something completely irrelevant. As an advice to this business owner, customer service approach should be improved if they want to keep their business alive and running.

β β β β β Shouldn't be order brown sugar pearl in here. The pearl was too sweet and not soft like the regular one. Beside customer service was so fast and friendly.

β β β β β Never have the brown sugar milk tea available. Don't understand why they keep trying to hype it up, when instead they could just make a bunch more of the brown sugar pearls.
Not much seating here at this location, however it's located in a prime location.

β β β β β Brian said bbt? I said, "hell yeah!!". They use real organic milk but I'm lactose intolerant ? I only had 1 sip of the brown sugar milk tea and it was so GOOD!! I ended up getting the pearl black tea. It was good but the brown sugar milk tea was on another level. ?? I should just drink it and pay the price after.

Free street parking. Less than 10-min. wait on the third day after their grand opening. Ordered one of their popular drinks - black sugar pearl milk tea (claimed to be limited quantity daily). Canned response. Sweetness and ice level were fixed for this drink according to the cashier. Short wait for the drink. Shaked well before first sip. Pearls were nice - soft outside chewy inside; malt-like sweetness. The latte itself was unappealingly bland - couldn't taste the tea nor milk flavour. Had to discard the remaining liquid when the pearls have run out. Overpriced ($6.5 + tax) for the quality offered. Not worth the wait.

β β β β β The drinks are a little higher priced but the quality is great. Everything is a large size. I'm not sure if this is always the case, but there was only one person working. It was a long wait for out drinks to be made.

β β β β β This place is over hyped. Their fruit tea is tasty but that's about it. For $7 I would expect more. I tried their black sugar pearl latte which they only make in limited quantities at 3pm and 7pm. This is purely marketing, the drink looks attractive but is nothing special. Would not recommend it. If you're in the area whole they're selling it and you really want to try it, sure. But I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.
