Presumably the staff hasn't learned how to take an order over the phone because the guy simply hung up on us twice. It was no better when I got there. I had to repeat myself 6 times. Maybe they could turn the music down a smidge.

Nice little park , lots of dog walkers. Rarely see people trying to set up camp here. So it's safe.

Truly the ugliest park I have ever seen. I would give it a zero if I could. It is uninviting, the trees look half dead in the summer, there are no plants. Absolutely nothing to be drawn to unless you want to join the people sitting around smoking. The park got even worse when Starbucks closed down.

When I get to work too early I hang out here. Not a bad place to sit and have a chat with a friend.

This park is wack. It's just paved with some sad trees and a couple benches. Unsafe place for small children, the ground is uneven and there was drug related trash on the ground (like glass tubes used for crack, to be fair, normal downtown Vancouver stuff) the city needs to install a needle waste box here. Weirdly, a lot of pidgons.

This park is a nice place to sit and people watch while taking in thr city atmosphere. It's not a traditional park in the sense of green space but is a very nice urban park. Dogs walking by, people etc all great to watch. The train car as a nice ode to the parks former history is a nice touch. Once the businesses open up again this park will be a lot more vibrant.

Yaletown Park was designed as an urban gathering space built atop public underground parking. The 0.4 acres of public space is paved with granite blocks studded with curving pieces of old granite curbs for informal seating under a canopy of ornamental flowering trees. Screens overgrowing with vines line the border with Nelson Street. The park was created in partnership between the City of Vancouver and developer Bruno Wall (Yaletown Park Condominiums Properties). Wall contributed the property and paid $0.5 million which represents half the park construction cost, with the City paying the balance out of Downtown South development cost levies. Park design was by landscape architects Durante and Kreuk Ltd. T. Moscone & Bros. Landscaping Ltd. was the general contractor. Not a real park because there is very little green, more like urban garden. There is only a few trees. Good place to sit in Yaletown on sunny day and drink something from cafe nearby.

This park is described as a location for an urban gathering space..built atop a public underground parking..I was walking from the Burrard Bridge location to end at Gastown and found this park a convenient place to view and rest..a delightful conversation with two individuals living nearby gave me an opportunity to learn more about this area..
