In spite of a rapidly collapsing market, he ground hard, worked the phones, met with dozens and dozens of agents through open houses and private meetings until he garnered the sale. He got a price that is proving to be above market at this time and I believe it is solely due to his diligence. He researched building permits, zoning, development sites etc. to be able to present my property to the correct buyer. I am so pleased with him that he is currently switched roles for my family and me as he is now a buyer's agent. His insight, willingness to chase down information and calm demeanor are saving me from making a poor investment. I know he will find the right properties for us. I can't recommend him highly enough!

It is honestly a struggle to find a real estate agent who will put in the amount of care and effort that comes close to matching Spencer's. I had a very specific checklist for a unit I wanted to buy. Not only did Spencer find said unit, but he negotiated an incredible deal for my family and I. How good of a deal you ask? He got my unit (apartment) for $30,000 below the appraised value. Additionally, he called me afterwards to see how I was enjoying my new place. This kind of character is rare to find and I strongly recommend using Spencer as your real estate agent. Thanks for helping us find our dream unit!
