It was immediately clear that Daniel knew both the product and the area extremely well, and was able to touch on all the features and concerns we brought up. The structure of his meeting was excellent – Daniel wasted to time getting us the information we needed, as well as presenting different aspects of the property we likely would have overlooked. No pressure tactics, no overlooked details, and he even went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I could get a sense of the units across multiple price points. Its clear that Daniel knows his industry extremely well, and we will absolutely be looking to work with him again in the future. Daniel was incredibly professional, enjoyable and devoted to making sure the entire experience was something that I was happy and comfortable with. He put in tireless work to make sure the due diligence was done and moved his schedule around all the time to accommodate last minute viewings.
In the end I purchased a condo in Vancouver for UNDER asking price (crazy right?). Would highly highly recommend Daniel for anyone looking to buy property in Vancouver
